Thankful for great neighbors

The Harlem Globetrotters are coming to visit Okinawa and will be performing Friday evening. I was so excited!! It seemed like the perfect thing to take Logan to do....however, I couldn't get tickets. The radio said that all the 1st Sgts. in the Air Force got them to hand out . With Kenny being in the Army, that left us out. I went next door and ask my neighbor who is a 1st Sgt. if he had any tickets left. Unfortunately, he had already given them out. I was just making dinner and he showed up at my door with tickets for me and Logan to go. He called around today untill he found us tickets!!! I am so thankful to have great neighbors. I will keep you posted on how the show goes :)

First Blog Ever!!!

Okay...so like 2 or 3 weeks ago I get an email from my friend Tina saying that she had started a family blog. I had never heard of such a thing and thinking that it was something like myspace or facebook, I blew it off and thought ANOTHER networking site..just what this world needs. Well, needless to say "curiosity killed the cat" and I went on to explore this family blog that she had created. What did I find? I found an awesome page with so many neat things about her family. I have been addicted since and trying to work up the courage to start one. So.....here it is!!! The Howell Family Blog. I have NO idea how to put pictures on or even if I am doing this right but, I am going to give it a shot! Bear with me as I am learning and thank you Tina for such a wonderful idea!!!!!
